Q) How to I place an order?
A) Our website is designed to showcase our range of cufflinks and service capabilities, so all orders are made via email or Skype. You can browse our product categories and service pages to learn more about us and find your desired cufflinks, then discuss your needs by contacting our friendly and helpful team. Product details and clear images are displayed throughout our website.

Q) Do you ship internationally?
A) Yes, we do. From our base in China we can safety and securely ship your order to the UK, US and EU. This usually takes 25 days after order confirmation depending on the quantity of your order, however we promise on-time delivery. We also send shipment advice to your email address within 24 hours of placing your cufflinks order.

Q) Do you provide after-sales care?
A) Yes, you can rely on Pripeak Group to provide considerate after-sales advice and service. We have 20 staff who are well-trained to resolve any problems and provide customer service, via email or Skype.

Q) Can you sell cufflinks to individuals?
A) No, we deal exclusively with large wholesale orders from companies such as jewellery retailers and online traders. This is because our large factory is China and shipping capacity are designed add greater value to ordering in bulk.

Q) Is the quality of your products guaranteed?
A) Yes, we have a 12 year warranty on all cufflink orders which guarantees the quality of the products and our own customer service.

Q) Are your prices competitive?
